Timers window shows incorrect times/time remaining for Mission Duration

I am located in PDT timezone, but the Timers window lists the end time for Mission Duration as JST time. Also, the time remaining for Mission Duration is the amount of time until it is that time in PDT, not JST.

For example:
It is currently 10/6 12:12pm PDT, and the Mission Duration window lists the mission reset as (10/7 5:00) with a time remaining of 16:47.

Missions are reset server-wide (I'm assuming, from past experience) at 5am JST or 1pm PDT, which should be listed in my window as: 00:47 Remaining (10/6 13:00)

Please fix the Mission Duration end time and time remaining to both work off of the local player's clock settings.
