RMT Blacklist
Clearly a few suggestions to Square Enix as my blacklist is filling up rather quickly and as the RMT shouts are a constant annoyance to the majority of regular players.
1. Once a player has been blacklisted by more than say 50 or 100 players in a span of 5 minutes to disconnect or put him in some sort of solitaire pending a GM inquiry.
2. Once a player contacts more than 25 players in 5 minutes by tell disconnect or put him in some sort of solitaire pending a GM inquiry.
3. Make shouts only permissible every 15~60 seconds instead of allowing a shout after 1 letter change. (really if we address #1, we don't need to push the shouts to 60 seconds and I would prefer to keep low for players to communicate)
Any have any other suggestions? I think these pretty "simple" ideas might be hard to implement in a game, but would significantly alleviate the problem of RMT annoyances, and might save on server traffic as I am sure a shout to thousands of players every second uses a bit of bandwidth.

1. Once a player has been blacklisted by more than say 50 players at any given time .... disconnect or put him in some sort of solitaire pending a GM inquiry.
2. Once a player contacts more than 25 players in 30 minutes by tell disconnect or put him in some sort of solitaire pending a GM inquiry.
3. Make shouts only permissible every 30 or 60 seconds and add a custom filter so i can block lines that has words like com and ww or whatever in them
