It's been 24 hours and can only retrieve JP list... Iv done everything from reboot the game 100 times to a system restore to 3 days ago when I knew the game worked.
If we are going to have to deal with full weekends down with no game play.. SE really needs to open support that will actually help you when you file a ticket on the weekends.
So far a mod has put a link in a topic like this bringing you to another post that says it has been fix and closed. Well 24 hours later still not fixed.
Might want to reset your router/modem as well if you haven't tried that already.
I was getting that problem last night but I have another 1.0 character that was stuck on a JP server so I just played that for little bit like hour or so and then was able to go back and get into my NA character.
