Crysta Restrictions

I've been at it for 8+ hours and could really use some help.
Apparently this is what I'm supposed to be seeing in the Mogstation:

It seems like Crysta somehow isn't activated for my account and I now have a Ultimate Game Card that is money lost. The reason I'm even opting this route is because, as many others have pointed out, Errors 401 and 601.

This is unacceptable. Nowhere is it stated that there are regional restrictions to Crysta users and so you have us believing that we are all able to avail of the Crysta services.

I have that as well man, and when I go to buy Crysta I'm getting 11000 error

Yeah I've opted to just straight up buy a 60 day game car off another website and send in a request for a refund for the UGC.
