Still no veteran's reward?

My email says that my trial ended yesterday (the 5th) but when I logged in today no rewards...

Just have patience. The fact that you're still on the forums means that it didn't end yet. It might have a specific time during that day like resets on Monday for example.

I thought the same but since I pre-ordered I actually don't get charged until the 15th according to the Mog Station.

Just got veteran rewards in mail this morning.

It says Estimated billing is today and still none yet.

Billing has to fully process before they send anything to you.
