Error 2002
Every time i try to log in i get error 2002 in the lobby and getting dc'd. On my lancher it says I have version 2013.09.10.0000.0001 but when i enter the lobby before i dc it says i have version 2013.09.11.0000.0000. Anyone else having this issue? Is it a update or something i missed?
Also on my mog station when i click on the account services it sometimes says ''You have no available characters.'' and when i refresh the site the characters suddenly appears again.

I also am having issued with error 2002. It says error connecting to lobby.

Its just a really weird issue. The most frustrating part of this issue is the complete lack of support about it.
If you send a ticket, you'll just get a cut-and-paste reply about how it has to do with server congestion. All you can do is try again until you can finally play until SE finally fixes things. Who knows when that'll be.
Its pretty hard to be patient when there's an incredibly tiny amount of info out about it.
Btw, I also get this issue a lot, while I have a friend who has never had issues logging in. Leads me to think that there must be tons of variables involved... so just keep trying. That or quit playing, I guess. As far as I know, that's all you can do.

Ya still getting 2002 and unable to update NA list. It's been 18 hours so ima give up I guess.... My brother was able to log in with my char a few hours ago but I still can't due to the NA list not showing... I read a post by a mod saying this was fixed but I lost a full Saturday to it saying it's not fixed.
Is anyone else still having this problem?

Still having the problem, been trying for 2 days now. I have manage to choose my character like 5 times and get into loading screen, only to get error 90k and kicked again. frustrating..

UPDATE for everyone: I tried connecting from my tethered phone...and voila! It always works!
I had my suspicions it had to do with the ISP. At least for me that seems to be the problem...

I just got this after updating. Any resolution? I've been trying every 10 min for about 1 hour. I don't have access into my router as I'm on Comcast Business Class. I could call them but I'm not exactly sure what I'd be requesting. Suggestions?
