Steps:

1. Started the lvl 5 quest
2. From asked requirement which is 3 copper gorgets, I made 2 normal quality and 1 high quality
3. When submitting, game warns me about submitting HQ items.
4. After some conversatioin, chat log says this in red text: 条件を満たしていないためクエストをコンプリートできません。
