Shadows Uncast (Twin Adder) Uncompleteable

I have completed all tasks of the quest Shadows Uncast (Twin Adder) up to the turn in to the Serpent Commander. I get the window to complete the quest and claim the reward. After pushing complete I get ""Shadows Uncast (Twin Adder)" Complete!" in my chat log but do not get any of the reward nor does the quest icon above his head disappear. I have tried logging out, even quitting the game and restarting my computer. I am not sure what is going on.

Do you have an open inventory slot?

I have the same issue but for maelstrom. Its been a few days for me and I'm finally reporting the issue

Yes I do, this should not matter though as the reward grants currency in the form of seals and not an actual item.

Even though this is the case, I actually only managed to clear it after clearing slots.
If you have slots open though... send in a ticket and pray I guess :/
