BCB Turn 1 Loot bug

Alright so here's the info.

IGN: Riku Asukan
Job: Dragoon
Time of bug: Around 22:26pm (Eastern time zone)
Date: September 26 2013

I was with my group 2 of the Free company Fearless (MVP) on the server Siren (NA)

Ok so, We just had killed Caduceus the big boss of BCB Turn 1 and we were all on mumble talking about waiting and deciding who gets the loots according the the items class and stats.

The followings items were:

Allagan Tassets of Maiming, For DRG/LNC
Allagan Bracelets of Striking, Give Str,Crit & Skill spd / All classes

We all agreed and wrote down on an excel program the items and the one who would get them would be me, as I am the only dragoon of the party and I benefit more from the items than anyone else.

So everyone confirmed clicking on Pass and I Click on Need for the Belt and Greed on the Bracelet.

After that nothing happened, even when everyone had confirmed they had clicked on Pass and i was the only one that clicked on Need and Greed.

And one of my party member Chive Bane, who's a BLM gets both of the Items, regardless him clicking on Pass.I can assure everyone that there was no ninja steal we've been playing together for a longtime and no one exited the dungeon until it gave the items to Chive Bane, besides how would he get the belt even if he greed it, since i did Need on it.

So i'm asking help from mods and GM's to see if we can move those 2 items from Chive bane's Armory chest and put them into Riku Asukan's Armory chest or inventory.
