Allagan Tombstones Reset

Hi, someone know when the allagan tombstones get reset ? i know that they do it once per week but someone knows the exact day ? cause the game doesnt say it.

Monday at Japan Midnight I believe. It's Monday for sure sometime in the afternoon for me (CST).

Monday 11am EST

Tks so much, an another thing, someone knows where i can see my real MS that i have with the server, cause the arrstatus.com is just for see the ms between the page and the server :(
