Wrongfull suspended for 1 week, then gil removed. SE CS does not want to know.

Like many others I had by account wrongfully suspended, then my on hand gil divided by 100. (from 12.6 mil to 126k)

I want an actual Human GM to investigate my account properly and return my gil.

I still have the gil that was on my retainers and on my alt (4.5mil), but this was wrong and I want my gil returned.

Look, assuming you are being truthful, had the market not been inflated you would have never made as much as you had. Simply put, consider what you have equal to the amount you would have made had the market not been thrashed and inflated by RMT. To request for ALL your gil to be returned is just asinine.

Your reply makes you look asinine to be honest.

Players were auto banned based on gil, then had it auto removed based on a % of "on hand" gil.

E.g:

Player 1 has 7mil, is free to play for the past week and still has 7mil or more after the week is up.

Player 2 has 8mil, he is wrongfully suspended for 1 week, after the week is up he now has 80k.


CS had admitted our innocence (those who were us-suspended), yet the high up's deem it fair to punish us anyway.

If they wanted to remove gil by taking away 99% of it from legit players, then they should have done it to everyone, as everyone has more gil than intended due to this "RMT inflation" you talk of.

The only reason I have any other gil, is because they did not actually bother to investigate my account.

You guys should stop making new posts about this, it's really getting annoying. Several of you have been overly adamant to "prove" your innocence since this ban happened. Several of you have done nothing but whine, moan, or complain. Now that Gil has been taken, this small crowd is flooding the forums and reddit trying to stir the pot even more. Usually it's the loudest ones that are usually the ones hiding something. Seriously SE made a decision, deal with it or don't play. You won't get your Gil back because SE determined it to be RTM money. We nor SE do not know for a fact that you are not a RTM on a real account that laundered rtm Gil. What SE does know is that the Gil some had was dirty. What SE does know is that the game has been out barley a month and no one should have enormous amounts of Gil yet. Deal with or expire your account that your lucky you still have access to.

This is also forgetting the amount of gil I could have made in the last week, or leveling or whatever.

The un-suspended innocent players also have not had any form of game credit to make up for lost paid time.

As such this is what I have had for playing the game by the rules:

1 week suspension

Lost 1 week of game time that I Paid for.

Lost most of my gil.


There is no way your going to be able to convince me that this was even remotely "fair".

I'm still in my trial period which means you are either in yours or just came out of it...so it's possible you didn't pay for it yet... That's another one of those he said she said things. If SE thinks you need extra time, then SE will give it to you. Also you can't prove you played by the "rules" and apparently SE thinks you did not play by them otherwise you would not be in this predicament now would you.

So everyone who was suspended had exactly 99% dirty gil? What a load of rubbish.

There may be a lot of posts about this, but that is because it's a big deal. I see you have been doing your best to "troll" in most of the other threads too.

If SE actually investigate my account (aka a person looking into the logs) they will know for sure if I'm an RMT'er or not, everything is logged, they will know.


I'm "lucky" to have paid for 1 weeks suspension, only to return to have most of my gil missing? If this happened to you, your tune would change dramatically.

You say I'm hiding something, yet I've openly said I still have 4.5mil that they missed and am actively seeking an actual GM to thoroughly investigate my account.

If I was a cheater, like you claim, then you should still be mad at SE and demanding a proper investigation on my account. As my account was un-suspended and I still have 4.5mil.

So regardless of if what I say is true or not, it should result in my account being properly investigated, like I'm asking for.

P.S. I paid for the "trial period", you may not see it this way, but we did pay for it.

Just cancel your sub like I did, your time deserve better, trust me. Stop giving your money to thieves.

You have a very good point Kevin, part of me feels a total fool for continuing to play in the hope my account will be investigated.

The thing is both me and my wife like the game itself and there are some nice people on my server on my FC and Friend list.

I will continue trying to get this issue resolved.
