Error 30413 Possible fix

After 4 days of trying to figure out how to resolve error 30413 (The server is not responding) with making sure administrator rights are correct and doing the whole msconfig shinanaganz. I resorted to try one last thing. Something so simple but easily over looked because it should not have any effect. If you have done all of what people have posted or haven't doesn't matter. Take a look at your security settings in your router/modem. I was originally using WPA security settings. I switched to WEP and it issue went away and was able to patch and play. Maybe this will work for you.
