Crafting/Combat Bots - Can we get a fatigue system?

I like what has been implemented for fishing to prevent botting.

Can we get a fatigue system for players who stand in an area and use combat bots to spam "tab" and straight-shot to farm as well as for players who use crafting bots to craft all day?

I know that if I stood in place for hours or was in the crafting position for more than 30 minutes I would be fatigued and probably in a lot of pain.
