Ifrit Bleeds, We Can Kill It - BUGGED.

I'm on A Relic Reborn Quest (Ifrit Step)
I was goin to unlock it by the quest "Ifrit Bleeds, We Can Kill It"... once i attune to the aetheryte i complete the quest, i see on screen the big "Quest Complete" and "Duty finder Updated" (so i should have unlocked Ifrit Hard Mode)... but i'm gettin no Storm Seal in reward, Ifrit hard mode isnt in the duty finder and the quest is still on the quest log... so i attune again to the crystal and keep gettin the same thing.... I cant go to fight Ifrit and all other Primals if this quest keep stayin in my quest log... plus i cant abandone it... So no Ifrit, no primals and no Relic... Please HELP.
I tried like 20 time.. .zonin, changin job, loggin out... quittin game etc and Attuning again to the zahrak's aetheryte... nothin worked out.
Please i cant play...
