Arrows
Anyone noticing a difference between using warped arrows and other arrows?
I tested it out a couple of times (r36 arc) and using silver arrows(r33) gave me more crit hits and accuracy but the damage wasn't exactly that much higher from using warped arrows.

Well, I've been primarily using Silver Arrows on my r42 ARC. I think White Coral Arrows are pretty terrible overall, they do 20%of their damage as Water element, but even against Earth element enemies (ostensibly weak to Water) the Silver consistently outdamages them. Since the Blue and Red Corals are also partial elemental damage I'm assuming Silver is as good as it gets.
-
wow I was un-aware of the partial damage output of white coral arrows I will have to look into using silver or another type

Yah in my tests on my R50 Archer, Silver is as good as it gets, Coral arrows blow since the higher the coral arrow the higher percentage of water damage. My mate swears by them, not worth making them. Silver for me for now.

The Coral arrows are good but only effective on certain enemies. It would probably help if you had a higher water affinity. I normally use Silver Arrows unless I am farming or helping people with leves then I tend to use a lesser arrow. I recommend taking up Woodworking up to 35 so you can make silver arrows.
I agree with others though, stick with silver for max damage output and use warped or any other arrows for anything else. If you are below 50, I would recommend sticking to arrows that fit your budget. Such as a few stacks of Warped and then a few stacks of Obsidian or Shell arrows.

At 39 I've been using Fang Arrows ever since 15 or so, mostly just because I still haven't run out of materials. They do fine for me but I haven't used Warped or better arrows for a comparison.

I am only level 31, but I have noticed a positive difference in damage and accuracy each time I have "traded up" in using arrows from Fang to Obsidian to Iron.
-
The damage really isn't much, only time you actually see the damage go up by a fair amount between the different arrows is on higher level mobs and extremely lower. What really changes the most is acc and crit rate. Which Crit rate affects your overall damage as does acc.

Great Buffalo weak to: Iron Swallow Tail
Goblin weak to: Red Corral (still testing this one)
Dedore weak to: Silver
Mosshorn weak to: Iron Swallow Tail
Uraeus weak to: Red Corral

I've sort of gone with using whatever I can get my hands on really. Currently 35 Archer and I tend to use Iron Arrows since they're what's made the most on my server. I'd rather use Silver (What I should be using.) but have to settle for Iron. But aside from all that, sadly using higher grade arrows offers little to no true benefits.
