Going from Honored to Allied - Free Company.. How do you do it?

So My Free Company was founded Day #1, we got to Honored pretty quickly, and now under FC Info the progress bar shows it's just a tiny sliver away from Allied. It's been this way for weeks, why? What exactly do you do to progress this bar and why haven't we hit allied yet?
