SE should start tackling people who looks suspicious of buying leveling services next

Now that anyone with too much Gil and their ill gotten gain are justifiably taken care of, I think it's time for SE to start banning people who has multiple jobs at level 50 on new servers. Because face it, just like how it's obvious that anyone who has that much Gil must be RMT, anyone who level that quickly a month after the game came out must also have bought leveling services or used 3rd party software. And if a few innocent players get caught in the crossfire then it's their own fault for leveling so fast which is the catalyst to make other players want to use bot or buy leveling services to start with. So it is only logical for SE to ban all the players with more than 2 jobs at level 50 for a week and reduce ALL of their classes to 1/100th of their original level and confiscate their DL gears to be replaced by level 40 whites. Oh, btw this obviously should only apply to new server because we all know no one ever use leveling services on Legacy servers right?

The sad part, is that people will actually reply to this post instead of letting it die like they should.
