Help with Titan HM fight?

Hi there :)

Any experienced Titan people willing to help a fellow Moogle'r with Titan HM? I need it on my 50 PLD, but am experienced in all fight mechanics as usually do it on 50 BRD for my FC, who are so far really struggling with Phase 5 (people just don't get those bombs!).

Any help is greatly appreciated :)
