My account may have been hacked. Could I get a bit of help?

So I came home from work today and found that I was getting a 3102 error. I'd not played since last night and I've been getting the error all day

Upon checking through my character list, I found that my old legacy character's (whom I haven't touched since ARR launched) appearance had changed to that of the default character creator Hyur. So my only guess is that my account has been compromised. I sent an email to Square hours ago but who knows when they'll actually get around to it. I'm honestly not sure how this happened, I use a unique name and password, and I'm not dumb enough to enter my information anywhere or buy gil or some such

Anyway, I was wondering if I could get some help on determining which of my characters was currently being used. It's a lot to ask, but if anyone could log on and do a quick search for my characters I would really appreciate it

I'm not sure if knowing which character was logged in would even help, but it would be nice to know

I saw one thread saying that he activated the security token, if you can't to that call support.

Well I activated the security token and...hasn't done much. They're still logged in

Creepy.. how do you feel being keylogged..the hacker knowing everything you do and typed..

you really should not be posting this information here, you should be immediately contacting SE support and have them lock down your account.

Which was the very first thing I did. I've gotten no response as of yet

Disable your account for a couple of hours, change your pass and attach a token. That should kick them out.
