"Dirt and Ashes" Quest

The quest "Dirt and Ashes" in Mor Dhona will not allow me to break the final forgotten crate to complete the objective. Unless I am missing something, this is a bug.

2. Go and use sledgehammer Key Item on the crates, you will not be able to use it on one of them.
