Error 400

System error 400 "http://frontier.ffxiv.com/arr_win/index.html?rc_lang=en=us"

Alright, everytime i try to start the launcher i get this error. I found a thread with a solution...it says to reinstal the launcher/game.

My question is : Where do i go to reinstall the game? or is there some other option available?

I bought the digital download and i can't seem to find an option anywhere to redownload...and i know, i'm probably missing the simplest thing out there.
