Moonfire Faire NPCs are gone

Hello, I logged in today after having been unable to play for a while. I did however pay attention to all the Lodestone announcements, in particular, the one regarding the Moonfire Faire.

In this announcement, the following is stated:

As far as I can see, there hasn't been any announcements regarding the end date yet, so the event should still be active. HOwever, I cannot find any relevant NPCs in the areas mentioned in the article.

As no such announcement had been made, I did not think I was in any sort of hurry to complete the event. I seriously hope you guys didn't just end the event after specifically stating that you would inform us about the end date in advance.

I thought I was going crazy. I spent a good several hours trying to find the NPCs this morning without any luck. I just barely started the game at the recommendation of a friend and he said it wasn't too late to still get in on this event, so I hope he is right.
