Does /eaction still work?

In 1.0 it used to.. cant seem to amke it work anymore

/eaction 1 "Raise"

Should put "Raise" in action bar 1 slot 1?

No, but you can do that with /hotbar (for the regular hotbars) or /chotbar (for the cross hot bar).

/hotbar set "Raise" 1 1

First number is the action bar, second number is the slot. See the manual (macro stuff is at the bottom of the page; easiest to just search for /hotbar).
