Freeze Bind Effect Breaks on Damage

The BLM Freeze ability looks like it should have a bind effect similar to blizzard 2. However, the bind effect breaks if damage is dealt, making it a sleep, not a bind.

Also, having to target the ground near a monster to cast freeze makes this spell unusable realistically.

Three things, basically:

1) Freeze does not bind as the tooltip says it should.
2) Having to use the AOE target reticle is worse than Deep Sleep, making the spell unusable.
3) If you insist on using the AOE reticle to cast Freeze, at least make it a lasting ability that triggers bind upon walking into it. Otherwise, why are we targeting the ground to cast it?

Binds tend to break on damage; pretty sure this is intended, since ARC's Shadowbind cancels your autoattacks on use. Pretty sure that isn't a bug.
