Looking For A Guild

I'm a new player looking to find a guild. I'm not sure if posting here will do much good, but I thought I'd give it a try. I would prefer to find a pretty small guild with steady members looking to raid two nights a week. Anyone have any suggestions for a small guild that plans to stay a reasonable size to start raiding 8 man content in the next two months? I'd be glad to give more information about what I'm looking for, but I'll see if this gets any action before I ramble on too much.
