Easier Blacklisting and friending

I wanna suggest a easier blacklisting method, that helps with both the people with hard names and the current gold spamming that goes on in game, again not sure if anything of the sort is posted anywhere but here my 2 cents

there is already a click function in the chat window to pull up a menu of options, can we not add an "add to Blacklist" option and while were at it maybe put in an "add to Friends List" as well..

i mentions this just for simpler ease of both the blocking of spammers or others that i would prefer to not speak to for whatever reason as well as a simpler way to add the people i do want to hang with, because lets face it ..... names are going to get really crazy as the game moves on.... in many ways....

Yes please.... this would help sooooo much. If there was any way I could directly get this to a developer, I would in a heartbeat.
