Character Missing

So, I let my sub lapse cause I was waiting to play with friends, and logged into my account today to re-sub only to find that my main character, my legacy char, is gone.
Nothing else seems to be changed, all of my alt characters are still sitting there just fine, only my main is missing, and now when I try to log into the main website I get the 'please create a character to log in'.

Not helping that i cannot get through to SE to report it in the first place.

EDIT: Okay, problem apparently solved. I posted this, changed my password and got ready to be very mad, and suddenly my missing character popped back up on my account. wtf SE.
