1. Ifrit defeated - Ifrit's Harpoon loot
2. Pressed Need, was the only Dragoon in party so should of got it
3. Timer on loot appeared to stop and was not given the Harpoon, also no rolls were shown/made like usual

Edit: Just adding, did submit a ticket to the in game support desk, they said they couldnt do anything and to report it here.
