Astral Fire's tooltip currently says that MP regeneration is quickened, but it should say that it's been halted.

Umbral Ice's tooltip doesn't say that cast times for Fire spells are halved, but it should considering that they definitely are halved (Astral Fire cuts cast time of ice spells in half as well, and its tooltip states this).
