20-26 Quarrymill area , 26-34 (sone doing till 39) is Costa del SOl
If you mean leveling via fate grinding, my preferred route is:
1-10 Horizon
10-20 Aleport
20-28 Quarrymill
28-32 Costa Del Sol
32-41 Dragonhead
41-50 Ceruleum Processing Plant
Most peoples preferred routes are likely similar, differing slightly in level ranges. Some people also like to do Revenant's Toll from 38-42, but I personally would rather just stay in Coerthas till 41, and go to Northern Thanalan a level early. Either way, hope this helps.
