Scale Armor (GLA/MRD/LNC/PLD/WAR/DRG)

I've seen other older threads about this in the bug forum, but they didn't seem to get enough attention. Please at least "Like" this thread if you agree with it.

I play primarily as a tank, and have noticed a big problem with the ability for certain classes/jobs to roll Need on loot that is an obvious upgrade to them, specifically lancers/dragoons and scale armor. For example, in Brayflox's Longstop, there is a set of unique plate (Cavalry; PLD/MRD) and a set of aetherial scale (PLD/MRD/DRG). The scale armor is a small upgrade to any tank that is new to the dungeon, but it's not as good as the plate. Tanks can roll Need on either, so that seems fine. What doesn't seem fine is that LNC/DRG can't roll Need on the scale. There are reports of this throughout dungeons of all levels, and it's led to them having an extremely difficult time trying to get their scale armor, especially since even classes that can't use it have as good of a chance to get it. Please take a look at this.
