Leves of Aleport

Hi, I am having trouble finishing the above quest.

Character: Onikami Mukyoku
Class: Lancer lvl 22
World: Behemoth

1. I got the quest from Owen,
2. Walked to the Quest Zone,
3. Click on the quest, but there's no "Initiate" button to start the quest, and there's no "Abandon" button to abandon the quest.
4. On Objective, it just says "Complete Owen's trial guildleve"

Been a couple days now. I've reported the bug in the game itself and was directed to post my problem here. Hope someone can help.

He gave you a quest to complete a guildleve, check the guildleve section of your journal for it.

That quest is not a guildleve, so of course you can't Initiate it. Every one of those "Complete X's trial guildleve" quests also gives you an actual guildleve - you have to Initiate that one and finish it, then go turn it in. The objective completes after you complete the trial guildleve.
