just wondering whats the base CP crafters should have at regular intervals like level 20/30/40 etc etc etc unless im missin somethin simple dont see big jumps in cp when upgrade to new gears ;/

I don't think CP actually goes up unless you replace rings and such which most often makes it look like a small boost at a time.

Keeping in mind my highest craft is a 31 Armorer. The main clothing doens't offer +Cp (unless at really high levels??). Accessories do though. The first few accessories at lvl 15 will add CP, then at 19 for rings, then mid way through 20 you'll have another upgrade to the accessories.
other than that you get a small bonus to CP on your offhand. At lvl 25 you can equip the Grand company armor that i think you get a small bonus from when wearing 2 peices or more.
EDIT:
There is no BASE inccrease that i'm aware of. Only increase due to gear -

Base is 180 flat, it doesn't increase by level.

I also like to eat the cheap CP food from the vendors for 10 more if I feel I need it.(Frumenty) -
