Focus target casting bar overlapping

This is from the PC interface, I don't know about the PS3 status.

The Focus target cast bar is overlapping with the Focus target title and the name of the target.

I suppose it was meant to go below the health bar?

I believe this is a bug considering this doesn't make any sense from UI design perspective, and given that from the HUD Layout configuration menu the object box seems larger in the empty bottom (probably to allocate the cast bar)
