Location not Translated to Local Client

Location is not translated to my local client. (It has the Japanese text for location on an English client)

Time: Can't remember, but it was on 9/27/13
Frequency: Only seen it happen that once, but I haven't really looked for it since.
World name: Sargatanas
Character name: Lafier Relana
NPC name: N/A
Monster name: N/A
Class/Level: 50drg though doubt that matters
Party or solo: As you can see, solo
In-game time: Apparently 10:06 pm ET
Area and coordinates: Revenant's Toll
Steps:
1. Opened my friends list to see who was on.
2. Found the location of one of my friends to be in Japanese (I'm pretty sure it was one of the Bahamut's Coil locations)
