Security question loop
So I tried to activate a security token for my account.
But I'm challenged by a security question on setup.
I have not set up a security question (I don't think). Either way I'm getting an error on my security question answer.
To change the security question, I have to know the answer to the security question, which I most likely did not set up.
WTF...?
These guys ever hear of "I forgot my security question?" function in most account management systems?
I managed to get to SQEX site (NA?) that asks me my birthday, name, etc. and security question. I set that up and it seemed to take it.
I go back to the main (?) account management page and go through, security question answer is invalid.
WTF.
So put in an email ticket.
I don't know how smaller companies with crappier MMOs can handle account management much better than SQEX does. This system is crap.
Anyone stuck in this same predicament? How to get around it?

Sorry if this is no help, but when it asks you the security question and the 4 choices etc, I'm pretty sure they actually only have *1* of those from you so you have to pick the same one when verifying later. From memory when you set the question you only pick one so possibly you're trying to answer the wrong question which is why it says invalid.
