Looking for FC!

Hello, I've started playing Final Fantasy a couple of weeks ago, I've been looking for a free company few days now and I can't seem to find one. I am looking for something small, but friendly, maybe anime related guild? Voice communication preferred. I am level 35+ summoner, if there's a class requirement in FC, I could re-roll a class which is needed.
