Help! Can't get item macro to work?

Ok, I think i'm doing this right but need a hand.

I'm creating a buff macro to just cast all of my buffs at once. Including food buff, but i seem to be having an issue creating the item/food macro.

I have
/item "Walnut Bread" <me>

it keeps telling me that the command is incorrect. Can anyone give me a hand? I'm stacking it on a Sword Oath and Protect chain buff, behind a /wait 1 But even trying to just make the macro individual, it won't work to use the item.

There currently is no /item macro.
