Monk Perfect Balance issue/bug

I'm not sure if this is the intended functionality of the skill, but when "Perfect Balance" is active it will ignore all form changes granted by other abilities.

This means that the last ability I use before "Perfect Balance" ends does not grant me the form that it should.

For example if the last ability I use is "Snap Punch" (which should change me to opo-opo form for 10 seconds) right before "Perfect Balance" ends, it will not put me in the "Opo-Opo" form and I will not receive any "Opo-Opo Form Bonuses" when using any skills following Snap Punch.
