Unable to Advance Storyline After Completing "Everything She Does is Magitek"

Submitting this for a friend who only has a PS3:

Time: Persistent for the Past 72 Hours
Frequency: Persistent.
World name: Midgardsormr
Character name: Libertina Grimm
NPC name: Cid
Class/Level: Paladin/47
Party or solo: Either Party or Solo
Area and coordinates: Mor Dhona (22,21) -- Yes, this is off the map.
Steps:
1. Completed the Main Storyline Quest 'Everything She Does is Magitek"
2. Accidentally used return before accepting "Escape from Castrum Centri" from Cid.
3. Can no longer enter Cid's Workshop and the Quest Marker for "Escape from Castrum Centri" displays off the map. [See Screenshot]

Log outs, viewing previous cut scenes and changing areas din't fix the situation. Contacted GM, but no response in the last 72 hours.

That would be me. Since I cannot advance in the main story I am quickly running out of things I want to do. Still no response from anyone so I see it pointless to renew a sub at this point. Hope no one else has an issue like this though.

"Still no response" - it's been 3 days, have some patience. Are you unaware of the enormous load support is still under? :P
