Letting people create their own Add-ons ?
I hope not, don't want FF to turn into a WoW.
Also how I understood things it sounded more like SE is going to add Add-ons themselves and not allowing 3rd party ones.

Every time I start the client I have to recalibrate the controller to disable the select button (by skipping it), so that I can use it as a push to talk key. It would be nice if these settings would stay permanently so that I don't have to do it constantly, or if there were more flexible button mapping options for the controller.
Sometimes after recalibrating it will mysteriously reset to the default, and i'll end up tabbing through my chat log instead of switching hotbars. This is a result of holding select while pressing the right bumper.
Obviously it's not SE's problem, and I'm not asking them to divert their full work force to change something like this. It's not even a problem either, so don't make it sound like one. It just bugs me.
Since they want to change the opacity of the chat box, I thought why not ask if we can change the opacity of the party list whilst they are at it.
The ability to macro certain game/system/character settings would be nice.
That way, you could write a macro to mute/unmute the background music without diving into several menus. Or quickly set the master volume to something. With speakers, Master volume of 10 is about right for me, but if I'm using headphones with skype, 5 is much better. A button to do this switch would be very nice.
Commands like:
/systemsettings mastervolume 10
/systemsettings music mute
The elevator must not go to the top. They currently have NO payment options available that are working. Visa, MC, bank cards, all from different banks, 2 different paypal accounts. All of it is being denied on SE's end. This is a extremely common issue that SE has acknowledged is affecting many. I live in the USA too. It is SE's obligation to offer functioning payment services. If they can not do that at this time they should be offering monthly membership for free or giving out refunds to customers if they can't provide proper support for their game.
Not sure if this has already been mentioned. Please add a Free Company bank log. Would be nice for everyone to see who is withdrawing and or depositing items/gill.
Crysta isn't available in my region, all of my credit cards from MULTIPLE banks from MULTIPLE countries have been denied, and game time cards aren't available in the shops here. A lot of people are having these issues but you wouldn't know it unless you looked in the technical support forum. I guess the devs never look in there either cause all we get is dead silence from them.
Tried everything I possibly could, short of getting a discover card or prepaid game card basically. Multiple CC, bank cards, all from different banks and even from canada. Tried 2 different paypal accounts. Tried all this for subscription, for crysta. Nothing will get accepted. It is all denied on SE's end. It is some issue SE needs to fix where everything is getting rejected and people are getting a 401 and 601 error. I literally cannot do anything to pay them. I used to have been a ffxi subscriber for 8 years and billing was always a pain. But this is on a whole new level. As a act of good faith for their customers they should've already voluntarily extended the 30 free sub till they could offer functioning payment services
I'd like it if the music would always stay on instead of the periods where it goes off.
I'd also like FFXIV 1.0 music toggle and a toggle to turn battle music off.
