Just had a friend move and they were able to win a very popular medium, as the sole bidder. Really is the best chance for the next couple years at least!

They just added a ton of FC/Private hybrids to all Dynamis and the newer EU worlds

Feel like it's time for them to add a third District (I count 'districts' as the tabs you have to switch between the "upper" and "lower" housing groups). With this new district being more industrial/commercial themed, specifically for FCs.

We're talking like shipyard docks for cargo...maybe a few submersibles (which I don't know if they've ever been depicted beyond just an icon image).

Then make it so the current 'home' Districts are not available to FCs. It would fix the current issue for Shell FCs buying up an entire district. But it would shift it, and there's no reason these new "commercial/industrial" plots couldn't be expensive and require an 'upkeep' (nothing crazy; but prevents 'squatters').

Note: I'd go for an 'office building' setup for new FCs; similar to how Apartments work for players that can't get a house plot. Which wouldn't be anywhere near as expensive as a plot.

Even if the above isn't a hit with the community, I still would like a new district that less "home-y". It's always been weird seeing a FC home....like the TARDIS of homes. It'd be nice if they made an area that was built from the ground up to be used for 'guild halls'/'guild workshops'.
