That's because it really is! To think at that moment we would both be doing the same sidequest(s), and I usually put off doing them until much later. I am very quiet in-game. I do have my talkative streaks though, like yesterday where I was fully explaining the mechanics of the fourth recent raid after being asked - which resulted in a clean clear, by the way. :o

That is pretty much what I would do, actually just play the game for the most part, if I saw other regulars of the forum. I mean, I've seen a few others before like in Bozja, and have even been messaged in-game by some. It's usually just a cordial exchange, maybe an emote or two, and back to the game. If someone wants to start a conversation about something, by all means, I can chat for hours.

What's especially neat is that I don't play with names on, so I recognized you from just your at the time lodestone picture lol. Though I will admit I did also tab over you while trying to tab the NPC, too. :)

I incidentally ran into Moose in Garlemald at some point early on too, but I've been bugging him for the past 6 or 7 months already anyway lol.

On another note, the Gattaca soundtrack flitted its way into my recommended again. That movie's message really stuck with me, and its music is beautiful. If you've never seen it I totally recommend!

Damn it >_<, I just started doing the first EX Trial because I finally got time to do it.
Bit of a meh pug to start with but we started replacing people who left and it got better we were basically towards the last part of the fight and I felt like I had it down I wasn't dying to anything it seem'd like a tank issue we were having.
I was also playing BLM I've been enjoying it a lot thus far my first two Jobs in ARR was MNK and BLM and I played it about equally in ARR and Heavensward but it was nice to get back to it in EW and it's on the table as a possible main ( want to wait for balance patch to see ).

But we just got a dog, my sister wanted one and bought one from a shelter.
She's a nice dog ( puppy ) but very shy and not used to people and is scared of me but has gotten a little better as days go by.

We have to replace a DPS so okay I'll go and give her some water quickly then.
But she got out of the fence area when I turned my back <_<, and I had to spend a good thirty minutes trying to get her to go back and got kicked from the group...
Not mad about it or anything I told them they could replace me and explained the situation and they did give me time before kicking.
But meh...
I feel like I missed my first clear...

I am the only one home during the day so I basically have to spend my days cleaning up dog poop and pee because she does it inside, kinda difficult to train before she has settled in and built trust.
I just want to raid :(.

I have names on, but I similarly noticed you at first upon seeing your highlander run up to the quest NPC, while I was reading the dialogue. You were wearing a very noticeable armor set at the time, and I remembered your avatar with it. :p

When I'm not questing or anything, it can usually be harder to find me, since I usually just queue for things at my house, or sit inside an inn room. I'm sure with how small the server pop is we may run into eachother again. ;)

Cleared the EX now with another group, my dad came home at the end and turned on the TV which caused major lag spikes and I almost wiped the group because of it lol but we made it.
I am going insane just let me raid in peace holy crap.

The moment I heard him come home I knew it was going to happen and sure enough freezing and people teleporting around I was about to flip out we just barely made it before enrage.

Not sure if anyone brought this up, but I had no idea of what Soken was going through. I've always admired his work on this game, there are a lot of tracks that I'm so happy to hear when I'm in my fc house come on the orchestrion, and as it turns out, a few of them were ones he was working on from bed.

Just endears the dev team all the more to me.

I was bedridden for extended periods while receiving and/or due to severe chemotherapy treatment a few years ago. When I heard he had continued working on music while in the hospital my mind was blown. Half the time I was barely conscious, only slept for a couple hours at a time w/nurses coming in to change IVs etc, was extremely physically uncomfortable, and in very bad places mentally/emotionally. The only thing I had going for me was I had my appetite and could continue eating normally. Seeing him so thin, all I can think is that he was going through what I did on top of not being able to eat/keep food down.

I have no earthly idea how he was able to continue making such amazing music that wasn't completely dominated by fear, sadness, and overall depression. He will always have my utmost respect.

Yeah, it was really something hearing his story. I've watched people go through extensive chemo. After a certain point it was like they nearly lost the will to live entirely. It's a very painful process to say the least. How Soken was able to continue working, and working well, is beyond me too. Sure, his fans were probably great motivation, but still. Something...greater clearly drove him. I'm not sure how else to put it.

I think I kind of suck at sage, because I do have some trouble healing big pulls with it (no wipes). White Mage I have no issues, but I suppose this is what happens when you only truly play one healer for 5 years. :eek:

Have you played scholar before and tryed big pulls? IMO it‘s very similar. It‘s a bit tricky but as soon as you get used to the playstyle it‘s rather easy!

While I have leveled both SCH, and AST to max in the past. I barely remember anything of either, especially SCH. Since I'm pretty sure I would actually just do PoTD/HoH with SMN instead. I know I did some dungeons in ShB with SCH, but.. Those are classes where I immediately threw out their weapons once they hit max, and never touched again.

At least the animations on sage are kind of cool. :p
