But at this level, no amount of additional land will solve the fundamental problem: it's not right that some people have to wait years to acquire houses, and adding land will never be fast enough to control demand. We need instantiated housing.
Similarly, planned demolition needs to be reviewed. A game that claims to allow you the 'luxury' of taking breaks, but grabs you by the private parts as soon as you have the nerve to buy a plot of land? Bah, what a horror.
