Make FFXIV more like FFXI and less like WoW

They leave you with 3mil and I have 11mil in total, I'd just be left with 8mil.
In FF14 the original game I had 91million gil.

Tanaka never would have taken our hard earned gil away, it's total rubish.

We were promised so much and they continue to stomp on Legacy players, Pfft we were even promised we would be the only ones with Guu Boo mounts that they would be exclusive to us.
Now everyone can get those, so many empty promises.

They took our exclusive rights away, our hard earned gil made, our hard efforts on melded gear, took all most all of our skills away even our 30min cool downs, ruined crafting and gathering, won't allow me to jump servers without losing more gil, destroyed the games graphics and half the world is missing.

This service is horrible, this game has been ruined completely and I can't believe there are so many blind players who are happy with something so basic and empty simply because they receive there precious flashy toys that do nothing and guess what everyone has them so don't feel too special about it.

So much for being loyal to legacy players ARR destroys everything we stood for in the old game.

This game doesn't even play like an MMO anymore, it's more like a one player console game you play online with others around you.

I think I've lost too much interest in this game now, the games a laughing stock, every time I play I find countless issues with it.

I was worried about the beastmen dailies being like wow's, but I was pleasently suprised. They're easy and fun, I don't mind them at all, except the particpate in a certain fate one. No thanks.

Mounts made more sense in the last game because the world was massive and you were constantly doing outside content, ARR isn't even half the size and you don't really need mounts at all because outside world content is useless once everything is max level.

Mounts in ARR are as useless as Minions it's epic fail, it's just more pointless flashy crap to make people feel good about earning something with no real use in the game.
Mounts were so much more bad ass in the old game as far as there purpose was concerned and the use you got out of them.
Also with that old open world they could have even added flying mounts.

The list goes on ARR is really just A Realm Rejected.

A hardcore MMO gamer has more knowledge about how an MMO should be put together than this, this game hurts my brain it's that dumb.

Playing devil's advocate here, but how should this game have been put together? What does make an MMO good? What makes an MMO good to the hardcore market? If the hardcore market isn't the only one being aimed at, how do you alter your game?

Thought I'd share these videos with everyone. I didn't have any part in making them but they are great and should shed some light on why I'm no longer going to pay a subscription to this game.
