Nah name change should be more expensive, but I'd happily drop $40 or so on one. It's still pretty cheap for such a service.

$20 for fantasia sounds exactly right for the value.

I feel $20 is too expensive, but to each their own. $40 is borderline insulting to me. I am basing my prices around the World of Warcraft ones (although their race changes are $25 AND include a free name change) and I feel that system worked best.

Did they mention this in the live letter at all? I missed it.

Got my potion back via item restore today. I submitted ticket the 9th and got it today so not such a bad wait.

Received my Phial today. Ticket submitted 6th of Dec. Very happy to have this option back but disappointed at the method I and others have had to use. Also received a customer support survey email. Not sure how to fill it out but i know I will definitely do so.
Also thanks to all who shared info about GM services and the item restoration policy.
As a side note in all my excitement, I know ill be saving this Phial till after 2.1 drops.
