No what I meant is that if we start from scratch with no buffs at all, I use HT and chain it with Jump does the Jump get the dmg bonus? The reason I asked is because during fights my oGCDs get to be off cd when HT / Dis wears off and I wait until the next GCD after applying HT / Dis then I use the oGCD. I mean if it immediately takes effect after HT / Dis is applied, it will be nice since I use my oGCDs by 1 GCD faster which is good. Though of course I always use my oGCDs when HT and Dis are up.

So basically just use LS with your 4th tiers if LS is already up by then huh?

if you do HT>jump, jump will not be buffed by HT
if you do disembowel>jump, jump will not be buffed by disembowel

Yeah. If those buffs are not currently active and you're starting the fight fresh, then no.

The skill lockout after a Jump is now short enough that I can almost fit one of the faster oGCDs after (but it clips the GCD slightly). It feels as if you can activate another skill before you can move (perhaps this is the change the developers felt was worth mentioning). For now I wouldn't recommend fitting Jump into double oGCDs in most circumstances, but these days I don't feel as pressured to sit on it for a whole GCD if it's going to come up a little late.

please stop using geirskogul after combos 1/3/5. you are shooting yourself in the foot here with the placement of your second geirskogul. there is a 0 damage increase by using it after 3 and it's simply better to cast it after 4 granting you ~3 extra seconds margin for error.

the only time you should use geirskogul after combo 3 is if mechanics dictate it or you are trying to get 2 under blood for blood.

im not sure if i'd be interested in watching videos, but i would love to hear the tricks that dragoons do to increase uptime. i've always got a couple tricks for every fight to maximize dps. i wouldn't mind sharing mine either.

H-IDC4P-IDC4P with geirskoguls used as normal?

should be about a 25% increase in damage right? ive been going through this rotation once in the hand phase of A3 and using geirskogul twice.

Ugly dragoons! Like the ugly duckling, they were shunned and then got prettier.

Something I do to increase uptime in Ravana Ex is to, when the balls spawn, run in the opposite direction to everyone else - you just have to be careful not to be hit by Ravana's huge cleave thing.

If you don't have a ball, great! If you do, just tank it and gain that stack.
