Did you put your phone number in? I had the same thing happen to me the other day, make sure you have your phone number in the box above "additional delivery info" and try again :)

Well i fixed the problem by switching to IE and doing everything i did originally. If you're having problems, switch browsers.

Just for info - when i bought and extra retainer - email was instant
still no email

You cann check in your account Infos for the EA code if it is there it was ordered succesfully

Yeah the button seems to only work on IE atm.

The mobile version of the site seems to be working fine. (chrome) got confirmation email and code straight away. Visa works too
