It's not dyed black? Hard to tell with the lighting, but there is a dyeable version of the acolytes robe model. You can buy it on the market board, it's lvl 50.

The army-green one drops from early dungeons, it isn't dyeable.

That dark grey one is from the healer/mage DPS trials in the Novice Hall, also is not dyeable.

The dyable version on the MB is healer only and thus, as Sayori stated above me, unfortunately can't be used by BLM/SMN
