From there I set Question 1 as "In-Game" and Question 2 as "Game Master Services"

Title: Item Restoration: Fantasia

In the body I basically said that I made a mistake with my original Phial and I would please like to use my one time item restoration service to have my Phial of Fantasia restored.

Yes and it seems it is such an easy fix to put on the mogstation and make a lot of money. I assume three programmers two days set up with one week testing(or less) and at about 25% or more community would buy one for 20 bucks a pop. This is just a poor business decision in not increasing what community wants and increasing their profits above declining new buyers as time goes on. I said it before I would purchase at least two for sure if not more to play around with differ races. Not to mention if they added name changes, server transfers to any server for a fee.(Legacy peeps cant move to non) I just think they could add a lot of revenue with minimal resources being used for short period and make a lot of players happy at the same time.:cool:

Well the good news as it stands you don't and if they do add what I suggest you don't either since you control your wallet.:cool:
As stated in this thread many times over many MMO's offer appearance, transfers, and name changes for minimal cost. It is totally optional services which do not give a player an unfair advantage to anyone. Once again you do not have to shell out any cash other than your 15 a month. As it stands you don't get to change anything other than your one month vet reward and/or 1.0 if you received it so you could get 2 fantasia's max free. So adding this service would be a great business opportunity for SE to make more money and guess what they are not a nonprofit organization so its a win win except for you who does not wish to shell out the cash. I for one can easily afford this new mogstation service and would use it. One other point I have read most the posts with in here and you are unfortunately a minority who does not wish to pay for additional services which does not give a player unfair advantage. Sorry but I am pretty sure this service is coming and you will have to spend money or feel as though your not getting your fair share.:eek::rolleyes:

I don't mind there being a price, but $20 would be a bit much if it did not include a free name change in my opinion.
